Hi Sara,
the book - Dead men's Dust - is only available in hardback in the USA up until now. The apperback comes out next April. It is in the stores and many libraries, but you may have to order it now (the rush of pre-Christmas books have probably displaced it from the shelves. Other places are Amazon and Barnes and Noble, where you can order it (plus it will be cheaper to purchase). Hope you like it when you get round to reading it.
Paul, I thought this was fantastic too and couldn't resist posting it.
Col, it ain't in Carlisle but we did used to have a funny opticians here called I Hamblyn Optician - when said in the Carlisle accent it sounds like I am Blin' (or I am Blind for clarity). It used to get quite a few chuckles.

Nice one.
I wish I could say our local optician's is called, Seymour's, but I'd be lying - it's actually named, Magoo's!
