Is the book set in the US or the UK? I'd assumed US, but I see from your profile you live in the UK.
Oops! Just saw the book is set in southern California. So much for being observant.

Hi Bish, thanks for looking in at my blog and for your comments. The book starts in the UK and then goes to the USA.There then follows a cross-country chase via Florida, Arkansas and California. I've been very fortunate in that I've signed for 5 books with Hodder and Stoughton in the UK and for 3 books with William Morrow and Company (Harper) in the USA. The books will be the same, but with necessary chnages for the two different markets (the British version is slightly grittier - in keeping with British crime novels. Books 2 (Judgement and Wrath) and b3 (Slash and Burn) will be following shortly. I'm currently on writing book 4 (currently titled ARighteous Wind). All the books follow my hero, Joe Hunter.
